On March 5th, the commemorative event for the 30th anniversary of the Technical Research Services of the UdG was celebrated. The event began with the conference “The path of science. Does the journey matter more than the arrival?”, given by the director of CIDSAV, Dr. Emili Montesinos.
Furthermore, the winner of the Short Video Contest of the 30th anniversary of the STR was announced, which was the predoctoral researcher Pau Caravaca, also from CIDSAV. The prize consisted of a digital tablet and a university hoodie.
In the video, the predoctoral student explained the advantages of having been able to use the confocal microscopy service of the STR in the research carried out to develop his thesis.
