On July 14th, PhD student Laura Foix Pericot defended her dissertation entitled “Characterization, improvement and application of Plant Elicitor Peptides as new control tools against plant pathogens”, within the framework “Bioactive peptides and prediction systems for the sustainable management of bone fruit bacteriosis (PepSysFRUIT)”, funded by the Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad (https://www.udg.edu/es/investiga/actualitat-i-impacte/produccio-cientifica/projectes/detall-projectes?codi=002809&Tipus=Nacionals). This work was supervised by Dra. Maria Pla de Solà-Morales (UdG) and Dra. Anna Nadal Matamala (UdG). CIDSAV researcher Concepció Moragrega participated in the evaluation panel, which awarded the thesis a Cum Laude mention
