From 1 to 3 October 2025, members of CIDSAV participated in the 3rd BeXyl general assembly. Project coordinator Blanca Landa, together with work package leaders and partners, convened at the University of Girona’s Research and Innovation Parc.
The assembly included a review of completed work and a discussion of the action plan for the fourth project year. Emilio Montesinos, leader of work package 6, provided updates on tasks and deliverables related to economically, and environmentally innovative sound solutions for controlling Xylella fastidiosa and improving plant resilience to X. fastidiosa infections. The program also included a field visit day was set to local ornamental plant nurseries and the Mas Badia experimental agricultural station (further details are provided in the next piece of news).
