The TECNIO association, which unites research groups recognized by the TECNIO-ACCIÓ brand for their work in technological transfer, held its successful fourth congress on Tuesday, the 11th, at La Fira de Reus, attracting around 200 participants.

The Congress was supported by ACCIÓ, with collaboration from the University Rovira i Virgili, REDESSA, and the Reus Council. The event focused on discussing which technology transfer model Catalonia would best enhance the competitiveness of Catalan companies. Anna Bonaterra and Esther Badosa, represented our center, along with other University of Girona (UdG) members.

The sessions focused on debating the different transference models’ companies are looking for, showcasing some successful collaborations between companies and Tecnio agents, and finally,  interviewing some Scientific entrepreneurs who have created companies based on disruptive technologies from Tecnio agents.  The event concluded in the afternoon after a TECNIO assembly.
