CIDSAV participation in the Biosolutions 2025 Congress

From 23 to 26 September 2025, CIDSAV members attended the international congress on biosolutions, organized by BioV (Le Réseau Francophone d’Étude des Biosolutions Agricoles pour la Production Végétale) with COST MiCropBiomes (CA22158) and MTR (Réseau Mixte Technologique) Bestim.

Held at the Palais des Congrès in Perpignan, France, the congress presented the latest biosolutions, focusing on mechanisms of action, effectiveness, study methodologies, and practical applications.

CIDSAV members contributed with two posters, each highlighting CIDSAV’s current research focus: Diversity and antagonistic activity against Xylella fastidiosa of culturable bacteria community of Philaenus spumarius,” which demonstrates progress in understanding biocontrol through microbial diversity, and “Development of compatible bacterial SynComs for biostimulant formulations,” which showcases advancements in designing effective microbial consortia for practical agricultural applications.
