On 14 November, CIDSAV researchers participated in this international conference that was held in Madrid. The aim of the conference was to take stock of the scientific progress made in Xylella fastidiosa research over the last ten years in Spain and other European Union countries where the bacterium is present.
Researchers, managers, legislators, farmers, and plant pathologists shared their knowledge and approaches in the fight against the harmful microorganism. Emilio Montesinos participated with the presentation “Novel biotechnological strategies to control Xylella fastidiosa“.
