El \u00e1rea de Ingenier\u00eda de\nOrganizaci\u00f3n se ha caracterizado hist\u00f3ricamente por una gran preocupaci\u00f3n por\nla ense\u00f1anza, la docencia y la transmisi\u00f3n del conocimiento. Una breve historia\nde la evoluci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea puede encontrarse en Onieva et al. (2014).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ADINGOR, como asociaci\u00f3n\nimpulsora de la Ingenier\u00eda de Organizaci\u00f3n, ha hecho suya esta preocupaci\u00f3n.\nSon numerosos los art\u00edculos publicados en los congresos CIO relacionados con la\ninnovaci\u00f3n docente, la estructura y organizaci\u00f3n universitaria, y el aprendizaje\nempresarial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Desde que ADINGOR asumi\u00f3 la\ngesti\u00f3n de la revista Direcci\u00f3n y Organizaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n recogi\u00f3 el testigo de\ninteriorizar esta preocupaci\u00f3n en la revista. Este hecho se ha visto potenciado\ncon la creaci\u00f3n de un \u00e1rea especifica dentro de la revista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
