Concretamente, se le ha concedido la 3\u00aa posici\u00f3n del 2022 Best Student Paper Award teniendo en cuenta la novedad y calidad de la investigaci\u00f3n presentada.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el art\u00edculo galardonado, se eval\u00faa la capacidad del p\u00e9ptido bifuncional BP178 para reducir la incidencia de la quemada de la hoja de almendro (Almond Leaf Scorch) causada por el fitopat\u00f3geno de cuarentena europeo <em>Xylella fastidiosa <\/em>en condiciones de invernadero. Este trabajo presenta un claro enfoque interdisciplinario donde se combinan una gran variedad de t\u00e9cnicas para evaluar el efecto del p\u00e9ptido que incluyen: el an\u00e1lisis de la severidad, la cuantificaci\u00f3n de los niveles poblacionales del pat\u00f3geno mediante qPCR de viables, la persistencia del p\u00e9ptido en planta mediante Western-blot y la respuesta del almendro al p\u00e9ptido a nivel transcript\u00f3mico utilizando la secuenciaci\u00f3n de RNA.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n: <a
