PLANTAS<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este servicio se ofrece para la detecci\u00f3n directa del pat\u00f3geno en muestras de campo o su aislamiento e identificaci\u00f3n a partir de plantas infectadas, ya sea sintom\u00e1ticas o asintom\u00e1ticas. La detecci\u00f3n se basa en t\u00e9cnicas de PCR (convencionales, cuantitativas (qPCR), viable-cuantitatives-PCR (v-qPCR) o mediante m\u00e9todos serol\u00f3gicos (ELISA). Cuando es posible, los pat\u00f3genos se a\u00edslan en medios de crecimiento adecuados y se identifican mediante m\u00e9todos microbiol\u00f3gicos, serol\u00f3gicos y moleculares (ribotipado). Adem\u00e1s, ofrecemos la optimizaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas moleculares para el diagn\u00f3stico de pat\u00f3genos bacterianos y f\u00fangicos de inter\u00e9s. Estamos especializados en bacterias pat\u00f3genas de plantas principalmente pat\u00f3genos de cuarentena en la UE como <em>Xylella fastidiosa<\/em>, <em>Xanthomonas citri<\/em>, <em>Xanthomonas arboricola<\/em> pv. pruni, <em>Candidatus<\/em> Liberibacter (HLB), <em>Pseudomonas savastanoi<\/em>, <em>Erwinia amylovora<\/em>, y otros pat\u00f3genos como <em>Agrobacterium tumefaciens<\/em> (<em>Rizhobium radiobacter<\/em>). La identificaci\u00f3n y el control de la cepa son requisitos necesarios para la patentabilidad y para estudios de trazabilidad en alimentos y en campo, y para mejorar su formulaci\u00f3n. Ofrecemos una plataforma basada en t\u00e9cnicas no invasivas (no transg\u00e9nicas) dirigidas a genes marcadores espec\u00edficos de cepa (ADN o ARN), utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de PCR (qPCR convencional o cuantitativa). En una primera etapa, se estudia el genoma para buscar marcadores espec\u00edficos de la cepa, ya sea por re-secuenciaci\u00f3n o por huellas digitales de ADN (U-PCR, RAPD, RFLPs &#8230;). A continuaci\u00f3n, los cebadores son dise\u00f1ados y validados por PCR convencional. Ofrecemos una amplia gama de sistemas que incluyen pruebas microbiol\u00f3gicas (API, BIOLOG), bioqu\u00edmicas (perfil de metabolitos por HPLC, espectrometr\u00eda de masas, etc.) y huellas digitales de ADN (perfil de genes para genes biosint\u00e9ticos que codifican compuestos antimicrobianos, RAPD, PFGE, MLST, etc.) o incluso secuenciaci\u00f3n del genoma.
