Regarding my academic background, I\u00a0studied Business Management at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, participating in an exchange program at Boston College, and I hold a Master&#8217;s degree from Barcelona School of Management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wm-item wm-item-wrap ResearchOverview_615\" id=\"ResearchOverview_615\" data-title=\"ResearchOverview_615||Research Overview\"><h3 class=\"screen-reader-text wm-item-title\">Research Overview<\/h3><p>I am studying the assessment of quality and consumer experience in collaborative consumption (CC) services, in particular for the accommodation and mobility sectors, which are the most popular in this type of services. First, I worked on the development of a conceptual model to get a better understanding of service quality in CC services. Afterwards, I worked on defining and validating two scales to assess perceived quality in collaborative accommodation and transport services, respectively.
