The Local Committee of the CIO 2018 has contacted different hotels close to the venue. We have negotiated special rates for conference participants from 11th to 13th July 2018. We therefore recommend booking early in order to ensure the best rates and to avoid overbooking due to other events taking place at the same time and to the summer tourist period. You can find a map with the location of the Conference venue and the available hotels in Girona here. The hotels with special rates are listed in the table below. All are within walking distance of the venue.

When booking the room, give them “CIO2018” as a reference.
